IN-PERSON 1 ON 1 TRAINING

Following your initial assessment, Vee will develop personalized fitness programs that incorporate cutting-edge science-based exercises to help you reach your fitness goals while having fun. You’ll receive effective workouts with boundless motivation and unwavering support in a no-judgment zone. Group/couples training is also available.

 

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Choose the timing of your training sessions based on your availability and other commitments.

You have the option to train in the morning or evening 7 days a week.

 

NUTRITION

Receive customized nutritional guidance and meal and supplement plans that focus on your specific needs, tastes, and dietary restrictions. Personalized nutrition program...go shopping with your trainer.

 

GROUP CLASSES

A variety of classes are offered which include bands and bodyweight, ankle weight sessions, and comprehensive HIIT workouts. Class schedules will vary.

 

ON-LINE TRAINING APP

Available virtual training app which includes full video workouts to follow and weekly check-ins.
